Frederick M. Bennett, CPA, CFFTM
Manager
Mr. Bennett is a Manager of Integrity Partners and specializes in Forensic Accounting and Complex Investigative Matters.
Prior to entering the private sector as a consultant, Mr. Bennett gained invaluable experience and training as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Mr. Bennett held the Assistant Special Agent in Charge position, the second highest position in a field office, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of in excess of 250 Special Agents. Mr. Bennett is an experienced CPA with extensive knowledge of a variety of White Collar Crime matters to include internal corporate and financial fraud investigations. He has conducted and coordinated national and international multifaceted financial investigations and has testified as a fact finding and expert witness.
Mr. Bennett has worked on several high profile projects, primarily involving fraud investigations and criminal litigation.
Selected Engagement Experience
Managed audits of financial institutions and municipal operations and provided/prepared appropriate findings.
Investigated and prepared for prosecution multi-defendant complex bank embezzlements, money laundering activities and health care fraud matters.
Managed numerous litigation matters that involved the analysis of voluminous amounts of material to determine the scope of criminal activity for a number of business entities.
Managed complex violent and organized crime cases involving the Racketeer Influenced of Corrupt Organization Statute.
Extensive experience in providing testimony before all levels of courts to include Grand Jury Presentations.
